His old age and his low voice make it extremely difficult for audience to catch what he says. Evidently, he had this speech earlier perhaps for another batch, for he speaks to the audience as if they are already aware of the program. The staffs at the venue show no special interest in the speech as they are familiar with each and every aspect of the CMC. People attending the talk have multiple responses. Some are interested to hear what the professor says whereas those sitting in the last rows look distracted.
